How much does a website cost?
Starter Website is $500 for up to 3 standard pages. Business Website is $850 for up to 5 pages. Business Plus is $1,250 for up to 8 pages. Custom Website projects start at $2,000 and are quoted after discovery. Additional standard pages are $150 each.
What platform do you use?
We build with Wix, WordPress, or custom solutions depending on the project, required functionality, editing needs, budget, and best long-term fit.
Which platform is best for me?
There is no single best platform for every business. Wix is often a strong fit for small and service businesses that value a managed ecosystem and easy editing. WordPress can be better when more control, content structure, plugins, or hosting flexibility are important. Custom development is reserved for projects that truly need it.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We can redesign an existing website on its current platform or recommend a move when another platform better supports the project.
Will my website work on phones?
Yes. Responsive behavior is part of the design and build process, with layouts intentionally adapted for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Can I update the website myself?
Usually, yes. Wix and WordPress both support routine content editing. The exact editing experience depends on the platform and project.
Who owns the website?
Clients own their domain, website account or hosting account, subscriptions, and connected third-party services.
Are hosting or platform fees included?
No, unless specifically stated in the project agreement. Domain registration, hosting, platform subscriptions, premium apps/plugins, and other third-party costs are separate.
Is SEO included?
Website packages include basic SEO setup appropriate to the project, such as page titles, descriptions, heading structure, and technical basics. We do not promise search rankings.
What happens after launch?
Website projects include 30 days of post-launch support. Optional Website Care plans are available after that.
Do I have to purchase Website Care?
No. Website Care is optional.
Do you work with businesses across the United States?
Yes. Web Agency can work with businesses across the United States using phone, email, and online project communication.
Do you offer ecommerce?
Ecommerce can be quoted as custom scope after discovery. The platform and pricing depend on the products, payment requirements, integrations, and operational needs.
